Writer/Director:
Michael Tolajian is an Emmy Award winning filmmaker who has worked for over ten years in the film and television industry. In 1997 Mr. Tolajian earned his Masters of Fine Arts degree from the University of Southern California's School of Cinema-Television. While at USC, Mr. Tolajian wrote and directed numerous short films. His thesis film There Goes the Neighborhood was screened at over fifteen festivals worldwide, including the New York Short Film EXPO, the Boston Film Festival, and the Austin Film Festival. There Goes the Neighborhood aired on Los Angeles public television KCET and won numerous awards including a 1998 Student Academy Award Nomination.

Before attending film school, Mr. Tolajian worked for four years in the sports television industry. During that time he produced over 100 profiles and features on athletes such as NBA stars Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson. In 2000, Mr. Tolajian won an Emmy Award as a producer on Whatever Happened to Micheal Ray?, a TNT Original Production voted Outstanding Sports Documentary.

Bought & Sold is Mr. Tolajian's first feature film. He was born and raised in Watertown, MA.

Producer:
Bergen Swanson has worked in the film and television industry since 1998. Prior to producing Bought & Sold, he worked with independent producers Scott Macaulay and Robin O'Hara at Forensic Films, a leading New York production company with numerous successful features to their credit. Their latest film, Peter Sollett's Raising Victor Vargas recently screened at the 2002 Cannes Film Festival and was subsequently picked up for distribution by The Samuel Goldwyn Company. Mr. Swanson is also a contributing writer for Filmmaker magazine.

Co-Producer:
Mark Kossick has been working in the film industry and TV business since 1997. A Williams College graduate, Mark immersed himself in the independent film world on movies like "Dead Broke," "La Ciudad" and "Fast Horses." He wrote and directed two short works of his own: "Whatever" and "Your Honor." He works in sports television at the NBA in their specials and home video department, directs/produces commercials for Lax.com and is getting back involved in independent film, which is his true passion. He is also a proud, new father and husband.

Composer:
Joe Delia is a veteran composer and musician who has written music for more than a dozen feature films. Mr. Delia collaborated with director Abel Ferrara on several films including King of New York, Body Snatchers, and Bad Lieutenant. Mr. Delia also produced and arranged music for the 2000 Sundance award winner The Tao of Steve.
Director of Photography:
Kip Bogdahn is an up-and-coming cinematographer who has worked in film, television, commercials, and music videos. In addition to shooting Bought & Sold, Mr. Bogdahn was the DP on Get Well Soon starring Courtney Cox and Vincent Gallo, and the 2003 Sundance Competition film Camp, directed by Todd Graff.
